We Look Forward To Meeting You!

Welcome to The Vine. We’ve put together some information here that anticipates and tries to briefly answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting our church for the first time:

Atmosphere

  • It's important to us that you feel welcome when visiting. We hope our atmosphere will help you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Worship

  • We believe that worship is a vital part of a Believer's walk. While the expression of worship may vary in each individual, the heart to worship must be the same. Our worship involves music, dance, instruments, study, prayer, and singing.
  • We worship to draw closer to our Creator and give Him all that we have. Worship is between the one who worships and the One who is being worshiped. It is not a show, yet is both personal and corporate. Our desire is to be a body of believers who worship God (YHVH) in Spirit and in Truth.

Family

  • Family is at the heart of this fellowship. We encourage people to accept all the blessings that God (YHVH) has given them, children included. We believe that strong families are the building blocks of His Kingdom.
  • We also believe that each family is its own entity and, while part of the congregation, each family is accountable to God (YHVH) for how they live out their faith. We respect Biblical headship within the home and encourage parents to lead their families and teach their children the commandments of God.

Community

  • The Vine is a collection of families and individuals who truly care for one another. We laugh and cry together. We attempt to meet each others' needs in small and large ways. While separated by geography, we are spiritually united.

Biblical Teaching

  • Here at The Vine, we place a high priority on the preaching and teaching of God's Word. The worship service is a time for us to come together as a community to learn, be encouraged and to be challenged by God's Word.
